Message	for that style position. I've known guys riding w/ their plates there for 10+ years that have never been pulled over. Guess it all depends on the attitude of which cop might see it. Whats even worse is when u sit on the bike it makes the plate practically unreadable as far as the tag #'s - but normally can still see the stickers & state on the top.
